Cancellation Policy
You may cancel online up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. As a courtesy to our stylists and other clients, please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in being charged 80% of the cost of your service. Arrivals of more than 15 minutes late without notification will be marked as a no-show, and will be charged 80% of the cost of your service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
